1.5 By "we", "us", "our" and "ours", we mean Shahiorganic.com.bd including its successors and assignees.

Who Can Use Our e-commerce Services -

2.1  This agreement governs your use and access to our e-commerce services. You will be responsible for all purchase and Traction you or, from our view, authorized by you, your Authorised User.

2.2  You must be over 18 years and If you are under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as our website of Shahiorganic.com.bd and shall not transact for the Website.

3.1  Every person may access the Website either by using the Website as a guest. But, a guest user may not have access to all sections of the Website including certain promotional offers, which shall be reserved only for the purpose of registered Users.

3.2 If you wish to register your account with the Website, you shall be required to create an account by registering with an email address or Bangladeshi mobile number or by filling in the details prescribed on the Website registration form. Then you can log in to the website to place orders.

3.3 If you use the website, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and you will be responsible for all activities that occur under your username and you will be under the obligation to restrict access to your device to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 If you provide any information that is inaccurate, untrue, incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this Terms of Use, we have the right to suspend your membership on the website.

3.5 You should inform us immediately if your password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

Delivery and Refunds:

4.1 The usage of the Services offered through the Website is only available if the address of the User to which the products are to be delivered is within Bangladesh. We take within  2 to 5 working days for Delivery. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.2 If we can't to delivery within 5 business day, so we will refunds order amount to your wallet of fund within 10-15 working days from order date and we will notify you via push notification/phone/ text/ email.

১.৩ এই চুক্তি অনলাইন পরিষেবার বিধান সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত পূর্ববর্তী শর্তাবলী প্রতিস্থাপন করবে৷ 
এই চুক্তির কিছুই আপনার সাথে আমাদের সম্পর্ককে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে এমন অন্যান্য শর্তাবলীতে নির্ধারিত যেকোন শর্তকে অতিক্রম করবে না বা পরিবর্তন করবে না।

১.৪ "আপনি", "আপনার" বা "আপনার" দ্বারা আমরা বোঝাই যে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে নাম থাকা প্রত্যেকে, একসাথে, পৃথকভাবে এবং আপনি বা আপনার অনুমোদিত ব্যবহারকারীকে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে৷

১.৫ "আমরা", "আমাদের", "আমাদের" এবং "আমাদের" দ্বারা আমরা Shahiorganic.com.bd এর উত্তরাধিকারী এবং দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্তদের বুঝিয়েছি।

 

কারা আমাদের ই-কমার্স সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করতে পারবে -

২.১ এই চুক্তিটি আমাদের ই-কমার্স পরিষেবাগুলিতে আপনার ব্যবহার এবং অ্যাক্সেস নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে৷ 
আপনি সমস্ত ক্রয় এবং ট্র্যাকশনের জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন বা, আমাদের দৃষ্টিতে, আপনার দ্বারা অনুমোদিত, আপনার অনুমোদিত ব্যবহারকারী।

২.২ আপনার বয়স 18 বছরের বেশি হতে হবে এবং আপনার বয়স 18 বছরের কম হলে, আপনি Shahiorganic.com.bd-এর আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট হিসাবে নিবন্ধন করবেন না এবং ওয়েবসাইটের জন্য লেনদেন করবেন না।

৩.১ প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি অতিথি হিসাবে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে ওয়েবসাইট অ্যাক্সেস করতে পারে। 
কিন্তু, একজন অতিথি ব্যবহারকারীর কিছু প্রচারমূলক অফার সহ ওয়েবসাইটের সমস্ত বিভাগে অ্যাক্সেস নাও থাকতে পারে, যা শুধুমাত্র নিবন্ধিত ব্যবহারকারীদের উদ্দেশ্যে সংরক্ষিত থাকবে।

৩.৩ আপনি যদি ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহার করেন তবে আপনার ব্যবহারকারীর নাম এবং পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার জন্য আপনি দায়ী থাকবেন এবং আপনার ব্যবহারকারীর নামের অধীনে ঘটে যাওয়া সমস্ত ক্রিয়াকলাপের জন্য আপনি দায়ী থাকবেন এবং অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস রোধ করতে আপনার ডিভাইসে অ্যাক্সেস সীমাবদ্ধ করার বাধ্যবাধকতার অধীনে থাকবেন 
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে।

৩.৪ আপনি যদি এমন কোনো তথ্য প্রদান করেন যা ভুল, অসত্য, অসম্পূর্ণ বা আমাদের কাছে সন্দেহ করার যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণ থাকে যে এই ধরনের তথ্য অসত্য, ভুল, বর্তমান বা অসম্পূর্ণ নয় বা এই ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী অনুসারে নয়, তাহলে আমাদের কাছে আপনার স্থগিত করার অধিকার রয়েছে 
ওয়েবসাইটে সদস্যপদ।

৩.৫ আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড অননুমোদিত উপায়ে ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে বা হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকলে তা অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

ডেলিভারি এবং রিফান্ড:

৪.১ ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে প্রদত্ত পরিষেবাগুলির ব্যবহার শুধুমাত্র তখনই পাওয়া যায় যখন পণ্যগুলি সরবরাহ করা হবে এমন ব্যবহারকারীর ঠিকানা বাংলাদেশের মধ্যে থাকে৷ 
আমরা ডেলিভারির জন্য 4 থেকে 9 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে গ্রহণ করি। 
যাইহোক, যেখানে ডেলিভারির সময় এবং তারিখগুলি দেওয়া হয়, সেগুলি শুধুমাত্র সাধারণ নির্দেশনার জন্য এবং আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের পরিস্থিতির কারণে পণ্যগুলির বিলম্বিত ডেলিভারির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।

৪.২ যদি আমরা ৯ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করতে না পারি, তাহলে আমরা অর্ডারের তারিখ থেকে 10-15 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার ওয়ালেটে অর্ডারের সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেব এবং আমরা আপনাকে পুশ বিজ্ঞপ্তি/ফোন/টেক্সট/ইমেলের মাধ্যমে অবহিত করব।

৪.৩ অর্ডারগুলি আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে উল্লিখিত হিসাবে রিফান্ড, রিটার্ন এবং বাতিলকরণ নীতির অধীন হতে পারে এবং আপনি এটির সাথে একমত হবেন।
